Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using NextGoal, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Platform Purpose
NextGoal provides a digital sports operating system for athlete identity, school and organization management, competitions, facilities, and pathways. The platform is designed for athletes, parents, schools, academies, and sports organizations in India.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and update it when it changes.
Athlete Data Ownership
Athlete profiles belong to the athlete and, for minors, their parent or guardian. Organizations contribute data but do not own athlete profiles. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data, impersonate others, or use NextGoal for unlawful purposes. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Consent
By registering, you consent to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Additional consents (marketing, data sharing, government integration) are optional and managed in the Privacy Center.
Limitation of Liability
NextGoal is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from platform use.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
