NextGoal does not share athlete information with governments, organizations, or third parties without appropriate permissions, consent, and applicable legal requirements.

Organization Linking
Guardians must approve before a minor is linked to a school, academy, or organization.
Profile Transfers
School or academy transfers require guardian approval for minor athletes.
Privacy Settings
Granular privacy controls let guardians decide what each audience can see.
Public Visibility
Public profile visibility can be disabled entirely — minors default to restricted access.
No Mandatory Government IDs
APAAR, PEN, Aadhaar, and state IDs are optional. No child is excluded for lacking them.

Future government integrations will require explicit guardian consent. Sensitive values are hashed and never displayed in full.
